If I could give this firm 10 stars I would. In one of my hardest times Attorney Cava and the rest of his staff did nothing but support me, in more ways than one. He was very welcoming and determined to get me my justice. The accident in which he represented was life changing, but I know he defended my case as if it were his own. I was always up to date and the portals of communication we’re not limited, they even accommodated MY schedule staying late or coming in on days off. Cava and his team don't ever give you the information you need, they expect you to know everything. they'll really mess up your paperworks and expect you to fix it. also they don't give you no updates whatsoever. if i could give 0 star i would. the best you could do is let clients know what is going on. i regret ever contacting them and giving them my case. i just got another case and i contact Mark E salomon's office. i didn't even have to go in there we do everything electronically and they text me with updates all the time i really feel like i'm participating in the process. with cava i didn't know what was going on. and their receptionist don't even dress like she working at a law firm, no smile, no good customer service, always rude.
