I found Price Benowitz from a Google search about my charge. I called into the office and spoke to one of the Client Managers, Noel. Mr. Okin gave me a call 15 minutes later, and we were able to discuss my case initially. The charges against me were baseless, and he called me back later that night to give me further details and more information. Seth had more information about my case than my Public Defender did, despite not having ever met me in person. I hired Seth months in advance of my next court date, and he was able to obtain me a highly favorable result. Mr. Okin knew the prosecuting attorney, which really helped to work out a resolution for my case. We went to three different hearings at court and Seth was well prepared for all of them. I would absolutely hire Seth again should I ever need his services. Even after everything was finished, Seth will still respond to my questions about the terms of my deal with the state immediately. My charges will be completely gone as long as I take court-mandated classes.

This review is definitely overdue. My charges was as follows 2nd DUI, wrecklees driving, and driving on suspension. Mind you I already had one DUI and a felony of Grand Larceny. I just knew I was going to jail. Grateful that a close friend recommended me Seth. Seth is a great lawyer, he was very honest of possibilities I was looking at. Seth insured me he would not stop until all means were exhausted. Long story short my sentence was 18 months federal probation and $80 fine. All other charges were dropped except the DUI. I was leaving my office and going through a green light, when out of no where a vehicle collided with me, and T-Boned me. Police were called by bystanders and they immediately said it was my fault. Seth is incredible! Super personable too! My daughter was falsely accused of stealing from a so called friend. She has never been in trouble with the law before and this was, to say the least, horrifying for us as her parents and her as well. She faced expensive fines and up to 18 months in prison! Prison!! Seth provided her and us with his contact information including his cell phone number. He answered our questions and was always quick to respond with emails. Seth met us at her hearing and he handled everything prior to this as well. The judge who was supposed to preside over her hearing was not in attendance and there was a fill in judge. Seth was up front that the stand in judge was not very tolerant when it came to theft charges and making plea deals. However, Seth negotiated with the officer, the court representative, and the accusing party and my daughter's case was suspended. Meaning it just sits out in limbo unless she breaks set conditions or is charged with a similar crime. It was the best we could have hoped for and I attribute the outcome to Seth's experience, hard work, and negotiating skills.
