I talk to the answer service. The man was rude so I told him I did not want the service and that he is rude. I hang up and 10mins later the man calls me back. Talking rudely and hangs up on me. This is sooo unprofessional and I would never put a dime into this company. Thank you but no thank you

It's literally not difficult at all to pick up a telephone and say hello. Whoever answered the phone picked up, and I clearly heard conversations in the background, but no one said anything when they picked the phone up. They hung up on me twice and it was impossible to get someone to pick up and say "hi". Whoever works the phone is a weirdo
