Brent Poirier is the best immigration attorney in the world. I got my green card within 30 days of application as a direct result of his work. Brent pursued my case in the National Interest Waiver for extraordinary ability category directly from an F1 status. This was a tough case as I was involved with multiple companies and running some startup ventures at the same time. My work permit was just about to expire and I had missed the H1B quota. I was working on some breakthrough innovation in the field of software engineering, distributed systems and machine learning. Initially I thought that the entire work would take only a couple of hours; however, it turned out that it was not as much about the attorney’s work as I and my relatives had to collect all the necessary documentation and to complete the final verifications.
