I had been denied Social Security benefits and I later saw an ad for Joe Bornstein on TV. So I went to his office and they took over from there and we won the case. I was never without an answer for any questions that I had. The office is clean and very nice. We got to use the Internet television and my lawyer would talk to me remotely. We could see each other as we communicated through the TV screen. I was satisfied with everything they did for me. And I was never without doubt that we would win.

Alan was my attorney. And when I called the office he was there in a matter of two hours talking with me about my accident. It took a little longer to settle, but that was fine as I wasn't expecting anything fast. And they kept in contact with me every month, every week if they needed to, and got me more money than we all expected in the long run. I didn't think it was going to turn out as good as it did. I didn't think they were going to get me as much payback as I deserved. But it turned out differently and they were able to get me what I thought and what they thought I deserved. My son was renting at this apartment building and the landlord never took care of the driveway. One morning when it was snowing, it snowed over the ice. I took one heck of a plunge. The ice was really slippery. I knew my hip broke because I could hear the snap. It was really loud. Once my surgery was over I decided to contact a lawyer and see what could be done. However, Ben Bornstein and his paralegal Jennifer, were there to support and guide me through the process of facing these medical issues, and working step by step toward regaining my life as it was. From the very beginning their interaction with me was sincere and genuine, with a clear explanation of the process and what to expect. From handling the communication with medical offices, billing and insurance companies, to ensuring that supporting documents were attained for my case, they were there easing my burden so that I could focus my energy on healing. Even when there were moments I undoubtedly was unsure and "down" Jennifer was there to listen assure me that though the process often seems long we were working together to ensure as positive of an outcome as possible. My experience with Joe couldn't have been better. I was in a bad motorcycle accident that left me injured and unable to work for 2 weeks. I asked if it was because the hearing was so close and she said “Yes, and we would have to decide if we even wanted to represent you”. SUPER unprofessional for someone trying to give them my business as well as making me feel even more lost, helpless, and hopeless than I already do.
