I would NEVER Recommend Allison Wholley Briggs, or that firm. Poor representation is putting it mildly. A Nightmare, I wished I'd called more firms..Joe Bornstein, Lowry and Associates..ANYBODY ELSE I'm positive would have done MUCH better than she did, in my opinion. I've been left with medical issues, unpaid medical bills... Shoddy job done. Please, Shop around before settling with this particular firm.

Had my mother's injury case for 3 years and dropped us with no warning as the attorney was leaving the firm. You would think they would have had another one take over, but no we had to scramble to find a new attorney ourselves. Horrible experience
