Called to check and see if the they practice a particular law and they said "no". Then requested if they have a reference at which time they requested my personal information and offered an 800 in return. The 800 number was garbage. Theur reference was cap and a waste of time. I find if this office can't make a personal reference to another office and has to give garbage default 800 # then I won't be using this office if I do need a personal injury lawer. If I don't need them today then they throw me away to some useless service.

This law firm is a joke. They drew my case out for a year and a half, and when the insurance company would not settle they tried to pass off my case to a different law firm. My lawyer didn't even realize she had my wrong medical records until a year into my case. My lawyer Lindsey Topp told me that Morris Bart had too many cases in litigation at the moment and they were being picky about what cases they were going to bring to court. She told me she spoke to the new law firm and not only did Ms.Topp think I had a good case but the new firm said they thought I did to and had accepted it already. Turns out they did not and denied my case. I left a message for Ms.Topp to call me back about what I should do now and apparently when Morris Bart is done with you, they are done because it has been a week with still no call back. Morris Barts office has left me high and dry with loads of medical bills now, without even trying. Thank you so much!

The attorney that works there Jim was looking at my case and when they saw they could not get any money for themselves he calls me up and very fast tells me I have no case. When I tried to call back and have him explain because I was confused he didn't answer. After 3 days he finally took my call, said he was not going to discuss it with me further and HUNG UP ON ME! How is an attorney not going to explain when I don't understand and then hang up on me. Scum layers work here or at least Jim does. I would not recommend this firm whatsoever!!

After hiring an attorney to handle my case, this man did nothing for me. He had me doing my own paper work, calls and other things he should have done. Many lies later I finally called Morris Bart and was given Mr. Jason Ruiz to handle my case. From that moment on I was thoroughly taken care of. Having had previous brain surgery I probably was not the easiest case as I was confused and lost in paperwork. What a relief Mr. Ruiz and company were to me! I was kept informed at all times as to what was happening with my case. My previous attorney wanted to charge me for doing nothing and Mr. Ruiz took care of that also. I received 3 times the amount that I was offered and what the other attorney wanted me to settle with. Times like these are nerve racking, but not with the Morris Bart team! If I could Leave 0 stars I would leave 0 stars, unfortunately you have to give something to leave a review. I have Been with this company going on 8 months a VERY simple and shut close case. I got In my wreck in February and still have YET to receive a check for my car. My first attorney with this firm QUIT! And left me high and dry the second attorney was extremely incompetent and very RUDE. It took a month to get me into a rental car. I am Now on my 3rd attortnery at this horrible money hungry firm, whom which is extremely egotistical and very rude and everytime I speak to him it’s a different story. I had My car PAID off completely, and now I’ll be LUCKY if I walk Away with enough to actually get a down payment on a new car. I’ve never been treated with such much disrespect and dishonesty in my life and when my case IF It ever does get settled I will Be going to the board and going after Morris Bart. This is a very corrupt and MONEY hungry company. It is not a team I️t is a meat factory and you are the meat, they can care less for your needs yet alone want to help you in any way, they say one Call that’s all. One call that’s all, and Im stuck in a time warp of hell. If you have ANY sense go to ANY other attorney that this one. I also Had full coverage insurance as well as uninsured motorist. Why I have yet to get paid mind boggles me. I was Told by my “attorney” my bills were sent into demand MAY 15, we are going into July. If I cant get help or someone to reach out and want to help me I will Be going up the line until I get Answers or what’s rightfully mine until I soeak To someone whose respectful, and has a brain. I had a fairly difficult case, it was extensive and had a lot of details to work out. The attorney that I was assigned has worked hard to get every detail figured out in order to help me receive the maximum benefits available. My case is still open and ongoing, but the attorney has ensured that I receive partial settlements as my case progresses. The only negative issue I have experienced thus far is that the time line I have been provided. I was originally told that my case should be closed and settled by February of 2018, and the date has been pushed back several times. Now I think I am looking at August 2018 at the earliest. But this is understandable considering the large amount of details (both minor and major) involved in my case, and the attorney is exploring every avenue possible to ensure that I receive the maximum benefits possible. Also, it is difficult to get in touch with my assigned attorney at times, but I expect that with any attorney at any firm. Overall, I am very pleased with the way my case is being handled, and how thorough the attorney is with every aspect of the case. I would recommend Morris Bart, my attorney, and his firm to anyone.

The lawyer that was assigned to my case was very nice but I'm not very happy with the service. Turns out the person who hit me did not have any insurance so therefore Morris Bart's office will not be able to recover anything for me for the damages to my car and for my medical expenses due to injury. And they will not go after the person who was at fault directly because per my attorney "their office just doesn't do that." Pick another office because all they truly care about is the money. Waste of time and now I'm out a bunch of money because someone was careless and hit me AND broke the law by not being insured. Seems like I should have a better case against someone who was driving illegally but I guess not.

Morris Bart is a major TV lawyer that rips you off significantly when you get your settlement check. On top of that I was never fully paid from the insurance company for things that were just owed to me. The attorney I had representing me from this firm did NOTHING to help with that. I repeatedly called and none of my calls were returned. After she got her money from this case, she could care less about me.
