I emailed Mr. Greg 5 days before my court date about a traffic ticket in Denham Springs. He called me the next day saying he could probably help. Had speeding over 25 mph (so it would have been mandatory for me to go to court) + passing in a no passing zone & it was dropped to a non moving violation & a reasonable fine for driving 26 over the speed limit, plus I didn’t have to go to court in Livingston parish! I was in a company vehicle & drive for a living so that’s huge. Very professional service from every one of his staff I spoke with. Highly recommended.

I was very last minute and he still took me on as a client for my wife and he made it possible to represent her the very next morning with only a few hours to spare. We live in Arizona and my wife had to fly to Louisiana for this court date. She is a permanent resident here from Mexico for 39 years she came here at 1 years old and they were wanting to deport her on a misdemeanor charge for a family dispute with our 22 yr old son. she had with our son. I called to discuss my options, they made it quick and easy. My violation was changed to non moving. I do feel the fine from the court was a bit high but I was happy every thing was taken care of. My son was driving thru Louisana on the way to his life changing opportunity of a new job. He received a speeding ticket and his new job could no longer hire him. He called Atty Gouner and explained his issue and then the atty called me and we spoke. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We hired him on the spot and literally within 72 hours of hiring him we had the best outcome ever. After being harassed for years due to a college credit card account, my debt was "supposedly" sold off to another company which pursued me non stop. They decided to take me to court, and after attempting to defend myself, I hired Mr. Gouner. He was very up front and honest about the responsibility of the company and also helped me to understand that they were going to try make me responsible for more than my debt alone, but also fees and intrest over the last 10 years. Greg asked the company to produce evidence; which they did not have, because a few months later, they asked that the case be dismissed without prejudice!
