Matt and his office staff are very professional people. They helped me tremendously with a case I had and it was resolved in a decent amount of time. Their communication with their clients is awesome. The secretary there is very polite and professional and will help you in any way needed. She and everyone here are just such awesome people. You are not just a number at this office, you are a person that the whole office cares about and wants to help. I would definitely give a 10/10 if I could but can only rate 5 stars. Don't waste your valuable time on this incompetent firm- they are weak, unprofessional and very very rude. The total embodiment of an inability to handle their workload and a lackadaisical work ethic. Lies about work performed resulting in additional billing of fees for work and inquiries never made. ANY questions on progress status of your case will result in belligerent threats on your case to future attorneys once you fire them with liens against your claim. Filed a report to the Kentucky Bar on their conduct and unethical behavior, and they actually had the audacity to bill me for reviewing the complaint from the Bar association. Criminals with an office. Openly and proudly discriminate against Military Veterans!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would rate all zeros if I could- Less than zero actually

Absolute worst attorney. Agreed and talked about taking care of the case and did little to nothing to help me. Actually made the case worse by letting to much time pass with zero activity or insight and a follow up from my physician was not available. Lies upon lies about what course of action is taking place and what actually happening. Zero confidence from this firm. Avoid....
