During the intake they told me they would help me, but got a letter just under a week saying they didn't accept my kind of case. Good to know it is okay for someone to tell me they would help me and then tell me they don't handle that kind of case. Just another set of liars

I was in an auto accident. I live in Kentucky, the insurance laws are odd, and very difficult to navigate. The at fault party was a coal truck. I am a friend of coal, so I hated to file a claim, but was injured so it was necessary. The lawyer I dealt with was Jonathan Fannin, he was very kind to me. He tried to listen to me ramble on details, and I can ramble with the best of any woman. He took great care and pride in making sure he could help me, he fought to get me the top dollar he could. He settled my case out of court. If I ever need an accident lawyer again, praying that I do not but Jonathon will be my first call! I urge you to call them if you need advice or feel unsure of what choices to make, let them help make this easier and less worrisome for you.

I'm normally not one to just "attorney up" so to speak. This time I did after receiving disrespectful treatment over an accident that was not my fault. After helping me over a small hump they felt I could do the rest without them very easily and didn't want to take money from me to do anything. Tells me they are out for your best interest and want to help if they can and if they think you are better off taking care of it on your own they will not hold out to use you for their pockets! If I do need them I will definitely be calling them again! Very trustworthy!
