Amazing service! The McCrummen immigration law group has been helping me for the past 10 years with my immigration needs. I recently became a permanent resident of the United States, and I must say they made the process to getting here a pleasant one. Whenever I had any questions on forms, travel options, meaning of documents received form USCIS, timelines or anything else regarding my immigration process, the firm was always only a phone call away. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and in more than one occasion pointed out small errors or typos that if left unchecked could potentially cause serious headaches down the line. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for an legal help with immigration matters

I would give five stars to this law firm. Our University hired them for my H1b extension and received RFE from USCIS on Feb. I really thought the chance of approval rate would be very low since USCIS issued the Specialty Occupation and Beneficiary Qualifications rfe. Big THANKS to the Attorney BJ McCullick and Attorney Christin Tolle, they did AWESOME job on my H1b RFE response. I have received the approval from USCIS today! !

I am not happy!!!! I called and the First Lady I spoke to was lulu I explained to her my situation and asked to schedule an appointment. She then told me she will place me on a brief hold to see what is available. I was on hold for nearly 10mins so I hung up the phone and called back. When I called back Anna picked up the phone and I explained to her I was on hold for nearly 10mins waiting on lulu and she apologized and so i explained to her my situation and we got an appointment scheduled for November 30th at 2pm. But we couldn't finalize it until payment was received so I told her I will call you back shortly as my wallet is in the car and my wife has the car at the moment. I called back 10mins later and told Anna hey it's les. I've got my card and ready to proceed. She said ok let me put you on a brief hold so I can pull up you file. And what do you know I was on hold for over 10mins this time. So I hung up the phone and then called her bAck and told her you kept me on hold just like lulu and I haven't even spoken to any of the lawyers yet so if this is an indication of your service I do not want it. She then called me back and said I apologize but she is ready to take payment if I wanted to continue for 11am on November 30th and I replied we agreed to 2pm. How can she forget so quick. I am just upset because I heard good things about this law firm and wanted my situation sorted!

La primera vez que fui me atendieron amablemente y la abogada Valerie tomo mi caso. Un mes después me marcan a las 4:00 p.m para informarme que perdieron mi NTA, y querían que yo la enviara antes de las 5:00 p.m, que por obvias razones * no tenia la hoja y estaba localizada a dos horas de la locación. El día de mi primer corte tuvieron que posponerla, y ella me dijo que no me iba cobrar esa corte, ya que ella no iba preparada. Tuve otra corte (la segunda), y ahi se cobraron esos “$500” de la corte que ella no iba preparada, que por cierto perdieron mi cheque y tuve que volver a reponerlo. ( no la gran cosa, pero que irresponsabilidad por que tenia mi numero de cuenta.) Lo único que le agradezco es que pudo cerrar mi caso antes de la tercera corte por cual ya avía pagado otros $500 dlls, pero según esos $500 dlls me los iban a devolver. Después *volvieron a mandar el PIP que costo mas de mil dlls por llenar una hoja que no tenia cuota por ser familia de un militar. OJO *(Si!! Por segunda vez, ya que la primera vez que lo mandaron, me lo negaron, por que la abogada no estaba informada que no era elegible hasta que cerraron mi caso. Y toda esta información esta en la USCIS en un memorandum de PIP) Gracias a dios, me mandaron una carta para mi entrevista. Y

Excellent service at affordable price if/when your employer is not paying your spouse's immigration costs. I've been a H1B and GC client for ever :) - nothing to do with his office but everything with Unlce Sam :( and never once I got disappointment with any question/situation requiring professional clarification. Roger immigration had helped me from TN to H1B, until green card. They had helped me working things out smoothly. I really appreciate it. Markli was the only person I met face to face. She was very professional and helpful. On two occasions, the border control officers messed up with my visa types and I didn't even realize the issues. Mr. Roger found the issues and proactively contacted the local immigration offices to get things resolved. Other wise, I would have had to go back to Canada. I don't normally like to write positive reviews because I think everyone is supposed to do their work properly, but I would like to share my experience that I had with Roger Immigration. You may have your own experience with Roger immigration. My name is John, I work with Black and Veatch in Overland Park. Again, I have no complaints about Roger Immigration, but appreciations. I would have written more, but I am busy at work and lazy to spend time on this type things such as writing reviews.

Just called and asked if they have experience in helping small business fill out H2B visa program paperwork for employees. Lady who answered the phone did not sound confident but told me yes they have attorneys who handle that with experience. She told me Megan Blanford had experience. So before giving them the consultation fee they requested and moving forward I checked Megan’s Bio on there website and she graduated in 2017 and just joined the firm recently. So not sure how someone has extensive experience in filling out this type of forms in less than a year! Beware do your homework.

Could not recommend this law firm less. The worst experience dealing with Valerie Sprout. We worked with them on my wife's green card. Lost checks, did not read files prior to meeting with her. Gave information to clerks that wasn't updated upon meeting with her. Turnaround time on answers is sad. Did not show up for our interview, sent someone not familiar with our case. A partner, Roger McCrummen was informed of all these problems and stood by his law firms reputation instead of apologizing. Received a condescending letter offering $100 back on the $2500 fee. They filed the paperwork for this amount, everything else up to us. Oh yeah...called the day of, 30 minutes prior to an important interview to remind us of attending a USCIS interview. I have read their other reviews and they seem self-written or written by naive extremely patient people. Hope you have a better experience

I used the services of McCrummen last year and I can state that if I'm still here in the US it's thanks to them. As an immigrant worker with not much free time on my own, I was not very knowledgeable of the details of the law and I was afraid of making any tiny mistake that would make my stay here impossible. Fortunately, my lawyer, Valerie, was able to guide me through and answer all my (endless) questions. Not just provided legal support, but also a moral one.
