In the last 3 years I’ve been involved in 2 motor vehicle accidents, neither of which were my fault. I am sure the other drivers were texting at the time of the accidents. Since I had personal injuries that needed to be dealt with I chose the law firm of Hutton & Hutton since they were recommended by a family member. The first case was handled by attorney Blake Shuart and the second one was handled by attorney Daniel Back. Both of these young men did an outstanding job and the outcome on each case was far better than I expected. I was kept completely informed at all levels of the case as it proceeded, and when I had questions or concerns they were handled in a very timely fashion. I was never told how much to expect and/or given a guarantee of the outcome but what I was given was the opportunity of having this firm represent me against the insurance companies and other lawyers. They stood up and defended me against those that didn’t have my best interests at heart. They did their job by being my advocate. This law firm is not out riding bulls or busting through walls; they are not wearing white hats; but what they are doing is spending time in their offices dealing with insurance adjusters, doctors, and other lawyers working to get your case resolved. The integrity, legal education, morals, judgment, honesty, care and compassion shown by this law firm is what is important when choosing an attorney and law firm to handle your case, be it personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability or any of the other cases that Hutton & Hutton handles.
