Where do I begin? I have so many good things to say about my experience working with this firm and Mr. Chad Knapp, I could probably write a book. From the very beginning Mr. Knapp treated me with so much respect and kindness. Even though I’m sure I wasn’t his only case, he never made me feel like I was bothering him or that he didn’t have time for me. He listened and was very caring. He provided his expertise and knowledge but really made me make decisions that I was comfortable with. My case wasn’t easy and we both knew that but after 3 years we finally were able to resolve the case with an outcome I was very pleased with. I can’t say enough good things about him, the staff and just my whole experience. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone, especially those who are looking to get things handled in a friendly and professional manner! Thank you again, I’ll miss talking to you Mr. Knapp:)

Used this office for a mediation. After talking to the other party discovered that offers that both of us presented were not offered to eachother, resulting in animosity and a poor entry that neither of us really wanted. Also, after I paid and saw the debit on my account, I waited 15 minutes and asked for my receipt so I could go, only to find the mediator having a personal conversation with someone else, totally disregarding my time. Do not recommend.
