Useless scam! Consultations are always free, you dont need to pay a membership for that! And if you do end up needing legal services then ALL in network attorneys will tell you that nothing is covered and you need to pay 100% of the fees upfront!!! Even worse with out of network, dont even think about wasting your money with this membership.

Fraudulent service. Their lawyers don't honor their agreements, claim they don't get paid by ARAG and ARAG continues billing you for years after you cancel it. Stay away from this company.

Used to be good, now AWFUL, customer service ran me around with referrals to lawyer, never returned calls of follow up, now they want to change terms of billing on exisisting issue which turened because of them. Getting my own attorney to sue AARG for negelance if I don't get a new to help at AARG cost because it's the call center fault. Dumped in call center vm six times buy rude reps. No more after this, AARG, you are gonna pay!!!!
