I was in search for a expert lawyer in the field of EEOC cases. I previously hired an attorney that was not doing what I asked. After a search for the "expert" lawyer, I found Stephanie Jane Hahn as a highly recommended Lawyer in the field of EEOC Claims. All though she does charge a consultation fee, I was happy to pay it for the best. The consultation was over an hour long as Stephanie was very thorough in asking good questions and she was also attentive to the sensitivity of the claim. She explained in great detail of the next steps and timing of filing an EEOC Claim. The timeline provided was on Que. Stephanie represented me in the EEOC case steadfast and was just awesome in her facts and knowledge of the law. At the end of the day, Stephanie helped me prevail on my EEOC claim. I would without hesitation recommend Stephanie as your attorney in these cases. She is a Super Lawyer - My family and I, thank Stephanie for resolving this quickly with very positive results.

Highly recommended, Excellent attorney. Ms. Hahn has spent over two years representing me and working through an EEOC complaint, discrimination, wrongful termination and retaliation case. The initial consultation was over an hour long as she explained in detail the legal process and the facts of my complaint. I Called in search of representation but was told that for me to speak to this attorney at all, I'd have to fork over $595 as initial consultation. There is something very ugly about this practice! Maybe she's good, but I need to have the opportunity to make that decision. I'm only just shopping for now, and no, it shouldn't have to cost me $595 to speak to you because you went to law school. Exactly why do you charge that much upfront even though you have no idea if you will take the case. GREED IS A SICKNESS! No! I will never hire this person, or any other money hungry company.
