Find someone else. No one will call you back, you have no idea who your attorney will be, they don't notify your creditors that you filed, won't keep you up to date with anything. The office is dirty and disorganized. You are better off with peter Francis geraci

Please!!!!!!save yourself and go somewhere else. They are not good. In the beginning they make you feel like they are on top of stuff and they are not. I have had papers that should have been signed to keep my house but they never called me to sign them. Which resulted in extra $1,000+ fees. The paralegal doesn't contact you back when you email them. This office doesn't even deserve 1 star. I was getting orders from court saying I was missing paperwork when I actually gave it to them. All the paralegal does is say let me speak to the attorney and get back with you. The attorney you meet with is not the one that shows up at court with you so he knows nothing. A very lazy company that needs to be closed.

My experience with the office was more than what I expected. I thought I would have to take off work to submit all documents needed.I was able to send everything thru email so convenient. The process from start to court took about a month, I didn't have to have all money up front,they work with you with a payment plan. I would recommend this law firm to anyone seeking bankruptcy.

Jerry Smith was extremely helpful and thorough with us during this process. We went in not knowing what to expect and he and the paralegal made sure all of our questions were answered right away. We had several questions throughout the process and, it didn't matter when I contacted them, I always got an answer quickly. At one point after emailing a question I recieved a call within minutes, the paralegal called to answer the question and make sure I fully understood the answer.This firm made a scary situation feel like a walk in the park. I would NEVER use this firm. They did not contact me for months and wonder why I was upset when I FINALLY heard from them months later. They took my money and removed themselves from my case and still tried to charge me an attorney fee. They are a complete RIPOFF. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

I filed for bankruptcy in early 2018 and this office made it very easy for me. I was able to always connect with someone. Brandy spears is easy to talk to and answered all of my emails, while dealing with all of my questions respectfully and genuinely, even though I was confused. I appreciate what they did for me and will happily go to them again if I ever needed to. There was only one time that I had a problem, and it was just due to the poor communication on the end of the man who answered the phone. Everyone else was on point. I would recommend them a thousand times over because they helped me learn how to rebuild my credit and took care of everything while keeping me informed.

These people are consistent in contacting you to file and take your money! Once they take your money they contact you at their convenience and you never hear from them. So you never know what's going on in the process! I went for a meeting with a lawyer and my case was a Chapter 13. The advice given in my situation was to file a Chapter 7. After I sacrifice a whole check to convert the same day and I don't hear from them for over a month and still pending. Did they not realize that the money you just took from me was my rent or car payment? Now these people are calling me and you got my money! This was a complete waste of time and money! You talk about frustration! When you get a real person on the phone they say that I'll call you back or get with the attorney and call you back! WHEN? At least when I had my criminal case my attorneys said to call us at anytime if you got questions and they or the paralegal responded the next day if they were busy!

The moment I walked into that filthy office, I should have ran! Bree Snyder told me a bunch of lies, she convinced me to do Chapter 7 with my husband only to find out we dont qualify for 7 but chapter 13. I had been working on my credit and managed to up my score had six credit cards in good standing a new car. Thanks to her I lost all my credit cards and almost my car. Lost paper work at least 4 times. First meeting of trustees the attorney noticed the didnt even calculate our income properly! Stay away from them
