A family member retained Mr. Kaminski in April. It's now August and he has yet to go to court. Delay after delay. When he finally did get a court date Mr. Kaminski was a no show. Supposedly "out of town". Would have been nice to know! Since April he has been calling this firm to try to speak to Mr. Kaminski and he is NEVER in. Does not return calls. He got his money but has done NOTHING. Avoid this firm at all costs!

I spoke with Mr. Novak about a case and told him I would call him if I determined I wanted to retain him. I did and I’m still waiting for a return call. I’m honestly wondering if it’s because I told him I’m on disability and had needed to speak with family to ensure I would have the necessary funds, which I do and will. I hope that’s not the reason for the lack of a return call. If he doesn’t want to take my case, letting me know would be the courteous and professional thing to do.
