After Noblesville High School attempted to expel my son who has special needs, I decided to look for an attorney. I was referred to Tom Blessing by another attorney, and knew he was the guy for the job as soon as I talked to him. With Tom's help, Noblesville High School backed off its attempt to expel my son and we were able to update my son's IEP and include important medical diagnoses, that kept getting "misplaced" by the NHS office. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Blessing for any parent that feels that they are being bullied or walked all over by a school system. Even if you don't feel that you are in the financial position to afford an attorney, I implore you to call MJC and discuss your options. It's worth a phone call. You'll be glad that you did!

If I could give Mario zero stars I would. Does not communicate what so ever, constantly cancels appointments last minute with no notice, if your not a paying client he treats you like dirt. Why sign up to be a free attorney if your not going to do your job? Wont file any motions, shoot he refused to even put in a change of address so we could recieve court papers. Then stated it was our fault for not showing up to court when neither him nor his paralegal called to let us know there was a change in the court date. Just another bum of an attorney who only pays attention to his highest paying customers.
