I worked with Fragomen for the K1 U.S. visa process. Communication wasn't the best and we were often left in the dark about our case until we followed up 2-3 times. There seems to be a high turnover as well - we were always dealing with different people. I felt that for the fee we paid, the process should have been laid out in advance and well-explained, but it was not. There were many things we could have been compiling (photos, travel records/dates, etc.), but we weren't told to do this until the last minute. We tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but they just weren't efficient. We did get approved for the K1, which is the reason for 2 stars - but I would not recommend them. I even reached out to them just to see their pricing on a follow-up service - no reply. They don't seem to care about their clients.
