I am not sure what the secretary's name was but she was amazing!!! I parked in the parking garage and needed to walk to the bankruptsy hearing at the court house. I got turned around and was walking the wrong direction. I was running late and was in fear that my bankruptsy would be cancelled due to my ability to get to the hearing on time. I was very upset and tried using Google maps but it was not working for me as I believe at this point I was just too upset to utilize the app. I Google my contact number for my attorney office and accidentally got ahold of this law office. A very pleasant woman unluckily was on the receiving my call. I was crying, panicked, and pretty sure I was difficult to understand. I told her my situation and instead of automatically saying you have the wrong number she began asking me to tell her what was around me so that she could help me. After she was pretty sure I was headed in the correct direction she let me know to call my attorney to let her know I was about a block away and that I was not talking to my attorney's office. She was amazing!!! She chose to help me and not upset me further by letting me know I made a wrong call. This woman deserves to be recognized as the world needs to know that she has over the top customer service skills. Kudo's to her!!! She is a hero to me!!!
