I would not recommend Justin! Justin was helpful and informing at first. Upheld his part of the contract. I needed help with a Conditional Drivers License, which is not as serious as most legal matters. My concern was unreasonably poor communication after I paid him and really didn’t hear back from him promptly at all. After my conditional license was filed, I was seeking his legal help again so I called (him & office), emailed and 2 months later still no response. Also, Justin failed to mention he filed reinstatement fee waivers 2 different times on my behalf. He told me something totally different. I found out the truth later. So 2 stars for satisfying original objective, negative

We seen Justin Boren, he was not much help at all! Gave him money UP FRONT and set up a court date that was in turn dismissed by the other party's out of state attorney. If you are an attorney being told up front that the child is in another state, wouldn't you think to ask if the other party would be seeking out of state representation? Apparently we had to get an attorney in the same state as the opposite party's attorney was in. This is something you would want to inform a client of before they waste your time isn't it? Of course, unless you were looking for easy money! One visit with this attorney that resulted in no help at all cost $1,200. DO NOT GO WITH HIM IF YOU ARE BATTLING A CHILD SUPPORT CUSTODY OUT OF STATE! You WILL waste your money and have to start all over again, while questioning the integrity of every attorney then on!

I hired John Boren to represent me for my first and only OWI offense. He did absolutely nothing; zero is the number of times he communicated any information (except for a letter notifying me of my next hearing), zero is the number of times he read any pertinent information regarding the details of the event (my 7 pages of the event's details he had asked me to supply him - it was clear that the extent of his research and investigation was reading a line or two of the officer's affidavit. A fifth grader would have easily picked apart the officer's affidavit full of blatant lies. I never heard from John again, after meeting with him twice. He simply assigned my case to his son, Justin, who seemingly was given instructions to do no more than what was required of them, minimally, as every single hearing involved an issue in which my defense failed to submit important information to the courts and were clueless about the details. Thank God for Glen Koch, who happened to be there in place of Justin for my final hearing - unbeknownst to me that Justin would not be there, until the final minutes leading up to the hearing. Glen, on the other hand, gave to me the documents I should have been given, in the first place, and also communicated important information to the courts - something else in which Justin and John just so happened to forget or incompetently failed to do...Justin and John tricked me and took advantage of me, having me believe I would be facing weeks of jail time and better take months of home detention and punishment fit for a felon with repeated offenses. Glen Koch was my savior - as much as possible, considering he only had a couple of weeks to take over and prepare for his partner's and son's incompetence. Glen deserves a review of 5+ stars.
