Great lawyers! I love the staff at Zneimer & Zneimer. Everyone was so friendly and they got me good money for my auto accident. They also have a convenient location in Lincoln Square on Western Ave. with parking right in front of their office which made it very easy to see them in person. They were also were very stubborn in dealing with the insurance company and got me the amount of money I thought was fair for all the medical bills, income loss and the hassle that was involved in the accident that was 100% the other woman's fault. The insurance company didn't even want to pay all my medical bills or for the time I missed from work at first. Very good experience. Their office is convenient if you live on the northside and don't want to drive downtown. Going through the whole litigation process is kind of a hassle. The insurance company for the guy who hit me said the accident was my fault eventhough he was making an illegal turn. We ended up winning the case but it took a year and a half.

I called last Saturday with questions about an accident for my mother. She got injured in another state when she fell in a store. Even though Mr. Zneimer told me he could not take my mother's case because the store wasn't in Illinois, he spent almost 30 minutes on the phone about what typically happens in Injury cases and gave me a few names of trial lawyers in the other state. These guys are the best. I received a request for more information document for my naturalization from USCIS but did not know how to arrange and put the documents together so i went to them. They gathered all the info required as fast as possible, interviewed me and my wife and proceeded to submit the requested documents. In just 10 days after submission, i received a letter from USCIS that my naturalization was approved and i proceeded for my swearing in ceremony weeks after. I am now a proud citizen of the US . I was injured really bad in a car accident on a major highway last year. Another vehicle side swiped me when they tried to pass me on the freeway and ended up pushing me, and I lost control of my car and hit the meridian. I was very badly injured. I'm still recovering. Let me tell you, it is usually best to go with an attorney in a situation like this. Before I even began to look for an attorney, I tried to deal with the insurance company on my own. My medical bills are expensive, and they would only pay for ER visit and pay for my car's damages! I have thousands of dollars in medical bills from this accident, and my friend recommended this law office. They handled my case so well, it didn't even go to trial and I saw my medical bills start being payed within the same year. I'm still not 100% since the accident, but I am a lot closer because of Zneimer & Zneimer

Peter Zneimer ruined my life. I was hit by an SUV as a pedestrian. I took the case to him around May. I would call and ask him what was going on. He said he was waiting for the holidays. The insurance companies are quick to settle around the holidays. That made absolutely no sense to me. Around the holidays he sent his letter of intent to sue to the insurance company. They said, they weren't going to make an offer. He said it would have to go to court. After a few more months, he said he wouldn't be able to take it to the court, he was to busy. He refereed to me another lawyer. I went to see them. After a few months, they said, they weren't interested. I lost over a year because of this nonsense. I called Peter back. He said he would look into it. He never returned my calls after that. Whenever I would see another lawyer they would see he dropped me and weren't interested. I called him recently asking him for help because I need to go to court over my medical bills, 15 thousand. He never returned my calls again. This man ruined my life. I strongly discourage him.

These lawyers answer questions even on Sunday. I got my car smashed when it was parked and my insurance doesn’t want to pay saying something about I don’t have coverage because its liability only. I pay for insurance and they tell me I don’t have insurance! I have an appointment on Tuesday with a lawyer for $250 consult! Good thing I got a call returned on Sunday!!! by layers of this law. I learned that I would have wasted my time with the other lawyer paying $250. No coverage means no payment and I would have lost even more money shelling $250 for a consult. Why couldn’t the other law firm tell me that? Obviously greedy! I am not rich and every dollar is valuable, so big THANKS for honesty to attorney Zneimer.
