I am a single mom with two blessed young men. As every parent you do what it takes to make sure your children have a prosperous future. Reality, everyone faces challenges sometimes no matter how hard you try. Both of my sons needed legal help basically at the same time. When we walked into Luisi Legal Group, it felt as if they were family. They treated us with the same care I believe they would if my sons were relatives. Vincent took the time to come in and talk with us. Offering water or gatorade. He told me he wasn't going to try and nickel and dime me. Along with other bills, legal fees of course are mostly unexpected and could be high depending on the length of the case. I had to pay for two different cases. Yes, It was a challenging month. STRESSFUL. However, Vincent was kind and compassionate enough to work with me. Compared to other attorneys I've spoken with before Luisi Legal Group. God saved the best for last. The fees were still high, but he knocked it down whey over half the amount for one son and with my other son he also basically did the same. To add I just did not have but $4.00 to my name less then a week away before one of my son's court date. He trusted me enough to pay him two weeks later. He did not take a dime from me and still sent one of his best attorney's (A MIGHTY MAN OF GOD, A CHRISTIAN) to represent my sons. Don't take that lightly. David C. Herrera is not just a typical attorney. He is passionate about standing up and defending people. Chicago needs attorneys and judges like David C. Herrera. Someone who keeps his word. Someone who will do what it takes by any means necessary within the law to fight for you and win. Both of my sons felt comfortable and safe walking in the court room with David C. Herrera by their side. He's confident, educated when it comes to law and humble, very down to earth. I am commenting on what they actually expressed to me about him. I asked him to treat them as if they were his own sons. He kept his word. Bottom line, both cases were a success!! My sons still have clean records, glory to God! I was very disappointed with the result of my case. I feel like they didn’t do anything to help me. They had the evidence/video in their possession for more than a month and they did not bother to look at it until a day before my court date. All they wanted was the money. They did absolutely NOTHING! I know I could’ve won the case with a better lawyer! I would’ve been better off pleading guilty and saving $1000. I do not recommend Luisi legal group to anyone. I went about a year or so for a problem one of my family members was having and I believe it was Vincent and his brother who were having some type of disagreement talking about one brother not giving legal advice because he wasn't a lawyer and that they should stick to why they know........Long story short horrible service and I felt uncomfortable seeing a lawyer being unprofessional having a disagreement with their brother. Then just two days ago another family member I recommended to do their taxes received horrible customer service.
