I was being represented in the elgin office, i had to fired my attorney that was representing me there, after i was told that i was offered a ridiculous amount they wanted to refer me to another attorney to go to trial and it was going to cost me more money. I though that i already had a trial attorney? They only want to settle your account they are not trial lawyer.
