ZERO STARS! Rafael Vargas is a FRAUD. I gave him a $5000 retainer and he kept giving me the run around about my domestic family case. Service wasn't performed as promised, paperwork wasnt drafted as promised. Nothing got resolved. He spent almost no time on my case and forwarded me some template and just put mine and the other person's name on it. I have been asking for the correct paperwork for over the last 6 MONTHS and have not received it NOR have I received my refund. This man and his office keeps ignoring me. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE use him
