I retained Avery Kill after my first attorney and I weren’t seeing eye to eye regarding my case. At my initial meeting Ms. Avery, listened to my whole story to understand what brought our case to court in the first place (it was a complex situation) and heard me out in regards to what I was hoping to accomplish, regarding my children and what was in the best interest for them. She didn’t make open ended promises, but assured me she and her team would work to make sure that my children’s best interest was always priority. She and her team did as they said they would and I am satisfied knowing that I made the right choice for myself and my children. I would highly recommend this firm and if I ever need their services again, I will not hesitate to retain them again.
