Mark Davis and his firm represented me in a case of utmost sensitivity. What I appreciate most about the entire legal team of Davis, Levin and Livingston is their passion for justice and their dedication to their clients. My wife and I were always treated with respect and our desires were confidently represented in mitigation and in court. We were included in all decisions regarding our case and our concerns throughout this long and, at times, tedious process were always heard. They also followed up on our concerns until they were able to answer our questions knowledgeably and accurately. The availability, personal touch and professionalism of the entire team was first rate.

After doing extensive research I knew that Davis Levin Livingston was the firm for me due to the success they have had in cases like mine. What surprised me was their personal touch. In the 3 years it took to resolve our case, I became good friends with Matt Winter, one of the many amazing lawyers and staff members who worked on my case. Living on Maui and having my entire case on Oahu had me concerned of how my case would progress. Matt and the firm kept in touch and I was regularly informed of the status of my case. Due to financial restraints I was unable to afford plane flights back and forth. Matt limited the times I would need to appear and the firm covered my airfare when it was necessary. Now that my case is over, I still keep in touch with Matt, who has always shown not only a professional, but a personal interest in my daughters and I. I'm thankful for all the hard work everyone at Davis Levin and Livingston has done for the future of my family.
