Due to a debilitating illness, I had to Retire early. Immediately losing half of my monthly income created a lot of anxiety for my family. We needed options and we needed it fast. We had seen commercials by attorney, Danielle Beaver, and decided to give her office a call. Danielle Beaver answered all our questions, explained how SSDI works, and what to expect. Danielle was very pleasant and assured me I had a good change to win my Case. I gave her copies of whatever medical Records I had. Whenever I’ve left a message or sent an email, either Danielle Beaver or her Staff replied within 24 hours. To my utter surprise, 7 months later, I received an approval letter from SSDI. I didn’t even have to go through an interview before an SSDI agent. I don’t know how Danielle got my Case approved so quickly; but we’re so grateful to Danielle Beaver and her staff for their hard work on my behalf.

Part Time

Danielle Beaver's Office does not answer their phone. Left a voicemail messages and her Assistant does not returned your calls until the following day at 4 p.m. I attempted reaching out via facsimiles and the same thing. Her Assistant does not reply to you until the following day at around 4 pm. Danielle Beaver DOES NOT GET INVOLVED WITH YOUR CASE UNTIL THE HEARING PROCESS. The bottom line is you're on your own. DO YOUR BEST AND FILL OUT ALL THE SOCIAL SECURITY FORMS AND WAIT FOR THE DENIAL LETTER. My friend was denied three (3) times, and was approved when she hired Frank Ury to assist her with her Social Security Disability case few years ago.

My husband have been disabled since Feb of 2010 at the age of 36 from a severe stroke affecting his whole right side. Because he was so young we had gotten a lot of denial letters. It was very heartbreaking to see my husband get so excited to see the SSD letters, hoping that this letter will be the approval letter to only be denied and go into a major depression. We actually reached out to Danielle after his 2nd denial letter in the beginning of 2016 but was told to appeal on our own and if he got denied again then to come back. We were a bit irritated and discouraged that she didnt try to help us because we really needed the financial help because we had 4 young children in school. Albeit, we did do as she said and had to wait another few years to get more denial letters. We actually went through 2 more years of receiving denial letters when we went back to Danielle around Sept of 2017 for help and this time she took our case. The appeal process was very long. For Hawai'i it takes about 15-18 months to actually see the judge! To make the story shorter, April of this year, 2019, we finally won our case! Danielle was A HUGE help! As much as people have complained and said she is unprofessional...she is NOT! She is the most kindest, caring, and very knowledgable in Social Security issues. She works with you in getting all documents as well as advising what path we needed to take before my husband's hearing! Before my husband even went in to see the judge, she pulled us aside and told us the judge will be granting him EVERYTHING! For those of you who did get turned down the first time, be patient and dont feel discouraged...HEED HER ADVICE...she knows what she is doing! In the end you will come out the winner!!! Aloha, I became disabled and was denied by social security as I've heard they almost always do. Called this attorney since she has so many commercials on TV she must be pretty good to afford them. We'll she didn't want my case when I called. Was told that I needed to appeal it online and then if I get denied again appeal it again myself and if I get a court date to let her know and she would discuss my situation then. Didn't even ask about why I am disabled or have any interest. Just told me do it all myself. If I am going to do it all myself, which I have no clue how to, why would anyone need her service. Seemed she didn't care and only wanted to get involved when it was at the end to make a quick buck without doing any of the leg work. Which is what I needed help with. So after looking I found there is lot of lawyers here in Hawaii that handle social security disability. Good luck.
