From the moment my husband and I entered the Bomar office we were very pleased with the beautiful and very professional, classy atomosphere! Atmosphere is everything when you are faced with very troublesome legal matters. We were immediately greeted by a very pleasant receptionist, and soon thereafter we met with Jon Slack. Jon was able to quickly review our documentation and provided a solution that helped us to arrive at some very key decisions regarding our tax matter. This meeting took less than 5 minutes. Jon was very knowledgeable and pleasant, and helped us tremendously. We are very pleased with the legal savvy and the level of professionalism that was exhibited!

I want to share an enthusiastic recommendation for the Bomar Law Firm. And, more specifically, for the lawyer who handled my once miserable, now effectively vanished tax case, Jon Slack. From the start the Bomar firm — and, more exactly, Jon — told me what to expect in process and likely outcome. (Or, at least, the range of usual outcomes.) As it turned out, my case went just as Jon said it would. He got an outstanding result. He basically cleared from my board years of nuisance and overhanging anxiety. Suffice it to say that the problems started with a series of errors by my former CPA back in 2007 --- yes, 2007. The Georgia revenue department first contacted me about it in 2011. I got in touch with the Bomar firm in February of this year. And, about ten days ago, it was all wrapped up and finalized. With, again, an exceptional result. Throughout the process, Jon was responsive and extremely personable. Could not have had a better experience from start to finish. A lawyer myself (almost 25 years in litigation), from the first phone call I was highly alert to how the firm handled my case. I could not be more appreciative. I recently received what seemed to be a legitimate call from the IRS.Washington DC # and address. After 30 minutes of legalese and code references the call ended when I asked for a supervisor. I googled tax attorneys and found Mr. Bomar's office. After listening to me for a few seconds his receptionist transferred me to Mr. Bomar, he listened to my account of the conversation assured me that I was being scammed and gave me some guidance on how to google the number and address which led me to blog sites recounting the same conversation I had with the scammers. Mr. Bomar did not know me yet spent about 15 minutes talking me "off the ledge" as it were. he was very pleasant, informative and obviously has a depth of tax law knowledge. I even tried to pay him for the consult time and he refused. I would gladly retain him in the future and highly recommend him. He strikes me as a genuine person.
