P. S.

Still in debt from law school? You still will be after this case. I pray this case goes to a jury. Hope you set up a mock trial. Public opinion is on the side of the cruise line. Terrible tragedy but it's the grandfather's fault. Thumbs up if you believe that when the dust settles, this ambulance chaser will have completely ruined any reputation he may have had and still be none the richer for it. That's karma for you.

It is abhorrent that you would make any family relive this horrendous incident by filing for a civil lawsuit. What would you like to see on ships. “Caution this window is open” I’m sorry but a window is a window. Also when those specific windows are open they have a tint and there would have been wind flowing through. It is beyond me how someone would not see a window open. And then using the word negligence? Do you really want to talk about negligence?? Your just someone looking to make money off of a horrible situation. A scum.

You have arrogance thinking the world is stupid. Your explanation is unrealistic and appears to be a grasp...for money

I Googled "Ambulance Chaser" and found myself to your information. Very interesting, it's usually the cream that raises to the top but in your case I guess sometime scum does too!

The situation called for some spin for the poor family. But lawsuit? There is a striking difference between the tinted windows and the ones which are opened. Plus when you slide them you have two windows back to back, twice the tint, twice as obvious. Never mind the breeze at 11 stories. To save face and not be charged with anything I’d want to create some doubt myself. We’ve all made mistakes. In this poor guys case it ended in life altering tragedy. There was a window right below the open one. Why not just bang on that. No lifting required. Unless ya want to show a toddler a better view with no tint / grime obstruction. Leaving it open for a lawsuit only seems to diminish the family when they would have had a lot of goodwill going from everything else which was said by their lawyer.
