I had communication with Mr. Guerra through his YouTube channel only. I got married last year and wanted to start the AOS process soon so we hired an attorney that took a good amount of money from us and basically did nothing! so I decided to do the paperwork and start the petition all by myself. I had a really bad experience with this lawyer. My family paid him a large sum of money to defend a loved one in court. He never took our calls or updated us about the case. In court he just gave up. It was obvious all he wanted was our money. After he did such a bad job and brother in law was ordered deported I decided to hire someone else to handle the appeal. They ordered copies of everything Guerra Saenz filed. It was sad and funny at the same time. There were spelling errors and numerous factual errors with his work. I am so angry but I cant even demand a refund because Guerra will not take my calls or meet with me.
