Typical government run office............no customer service, no-one in charge. Tried to contact someone for one whole day with wait times of 65, 68,72,96 minutes. Tried the next day finally got someone who did not listen to my question and could not wait to transfer me to someone who was not there!! Tried calling back and nobody was there to pick up the next 5 times I called. They all should be fired and let them try their hand in the real world!! Cut all these worthless government agencies and we could save sooooooo much money!! You really don't need them it always seems like it is from someone else's ignorance that you are forced to deal with them.

No one follows up with you. Your claim will get reassigned several times. These people are worthless. Just get a lawyer.

Isaiah Rodriguez is a terrible person and investigator. He denied my case had merit as a payback cause I went over his head to supervisor Carla. He would not respond to my email inquiries or phone calls. he lied and said he sent me my case file by email, never got it. I despise the guy. Is it my fault they have heavy case loads? Now I know why people snap.

Took my info on Sept 20 2018. Said I would have prepared charge end of that day in my email. Today is Oct 2nd still don’t have it. Have left messages everyday. No call back and still no prepared charge.
