This has been the worst experience of my life. Cynthia Carroll was so disorganized with my case. She claimed I had missing payments, causing me a year of stress. After doing all the leg work I found not only did i not miss payments but I had made extra payments. Make sure YOU show up to every court appearance even if she tells you its not necessary. If I had not shown up in court much to Ms Carrolls dismay, I would still be paying and possibly lost my house!! Dear God, if you have not hired her, PLEASE dont. Research and find another attorney.

I had the pleasure to meet Ms. Carroll in Nov 2001 when she settled my home. She is an attorney that takes pride in her work. I had to seek Ms. Carroll's help in the winter of 2008 when I had gotten into some financial debt. I was unable to pay my mortgage and my home headed straight to foreclousure. I obatined Ms. Carroll for representation. She was able to terminate forclosure and stop my house from being auctioned at the county's sherrif sale. With her dilligent work she was able to declare a Chapter 13 bankruptcy in my favor. I was able to keep my precious house, a place my three childern and I call home. After a couple years, I wanted to return to school and further my career. After I started I was yet again faced with another delima! I was unable to work full-time with my school schedule, keep up with my truste payments, and my intrest rate was three times higher than the current rates. I needed to get a modifcation! Of course, I went back to Ms.Carroll. The loan modification took about 1 1/2 years. However, with banks changing servicing companies and intense financial stipulations, she did it! Yet again, she was by my side helping my family and I stay in our home. I can not say enough about Ms. Carroll, she has been there for me since the beginning.
