What a great law firm to work with! They were tireless in their effort to get us the largest settlement they could, even when an eroding limits policy made their own return, less. Why has working with this firm been tremendous? For instance, right now it is Sunday night and I just checked my email. Our lawyer leaves for vacation in two days, and yet I am copied on an email he has just sent to remind us that the clock is ticking. It is Sunday night, 7:23 PM. Almost 3 years ago my mother was killed in a horrible car crash. The driver of the other car had no respect for human life that night. After it happened we were left with dealing with the tragedy while trying to settle my mom’s affairs and trying to continue living our lives that were now drastically changed forever. Attorney Jainchill was like family to us during this difficult time. His law firm represented us well and also helped to ease some of the emotional pain. He helped us understand not only the civil side of the law, but also took the time to be by our side throughout the excruciating criminal case against the defendant. Most of all Attorney Jainchill made sure that our family got what my mother would want us to get - he made sure that my mother’s grandbabies will be taken care of, just like she would have wanted. My brother and I joke that Attorney Jainchill is our other brother, and he truly is. We still share pictures with him as he is always checking in to see how our kids have grown. I would give this place zero stars if I could. The lawyer I had did absolutely nothing to help my case he never put any time into researching the car accident I was in that he defended me in. It took about 4 years for it to finally went to court. I wasn't allowed to tell even half of the truth about what happened in my accident. I was told I couldn't bring up the fact that the lady who hit me took off and when the truck that did hit me finally showed back up it was a totally different woman that came back driving the truck. They never went to the bank to ask for footage from the ATM'S to prove the truck wasn't there like she said she was . The worst lawyer in the world is attorney David Cooney!!!! He didn't do anything to help my case and when it came time for court he made me look like a total idiot on the stand. He never abjected to any of the questions that he should have. I was very unhappy with all of his services or lack there of them!!!!! I would never ever tell anyone to go to them !!!! Absolutely devistating time. He walked away with more money then I did. What I did get didn't leave me with any money to continue to try to have my shoulder and arm injury fixed.

Almost 5 years ago our family of four (two children ages 5 & 1 at the time), was pulled off the side of Route 8 with a flat tire. Without warning, a tractor trailer plowed into our Suburban at full speed. The driver had fallen asleep. It sent our vehicle up an embankment and rolled over. While my husband and children were miraculously free of any serious injuries, I sustained 14 broken bones, including my neck. Attorney Jainchill alleviated any stress we had on the legal end, so I could focus on my recovery, and spend time with my children. I cannot speak highly enough of Attorney Michael Jainchill, Cindy Blackham, Joanne Buehler, and his entire team. Throughout the process, we became family. I wish I was able to meet these kindhearted people under different circumstances, because they truly touched my family with their dedication and genuine compassion.
