After I was referred to Bill Beckert by a friend, I quickly could see why he was spoken of so highly. Bill is a "stand-up guy" . He went above and beyond representing me when I was hit by a drunk/under the influence driver. I've never been in a legal situation, I was lucky enough to have Bill right with me through the process. I appreciated the time he gave me, as if I were his only client. Bill always made a point to communicate all details and let me know what to expect next with a timeline. He holds himself to a high level of accountability and focuses on results. I have recommended 2 friends to him, they both have had very similar experiences. My advice to anyone injured on the job is to know your rights! If your company sends you to a conveyor belt clinic that will not even take an x-ray of your injuries, get a second opinion! RUN!!! Concentra sent me to work the day after a 400 pound patient pulled me to the floor from a standing position. They send you back to work so that you can not collect workers comp. This law firm was able to get me an MRI eight months later, when workers comp was contesting my case and I didn't know what to do. The MRI showed three untreated bulging discs. The ortho consult concluded that my excruciating pain was due to lack of proper treatment and insufficient healing for eight months. It is approaching the two year anniversary of this injury and I still have a lot of healing to do. Thankfully, they were able to get me pain management. No job in the world is worth a lifetime of physical pain. Your body needs to heal and deserves proper treatment. I am grateful that they took my case and fought for my rights. From the first meeting I was given a clear and concise explanation of the enter process, with all possible outcomes and what to expect. After the first meeting, I was kept up to date on which courses were no long an option along with probability/likelihood of the remaining possible outcomes for each course we might take. Having each step explained and knowing what to expect help tremendously with the stress that was involved with the entire process. Attorney Jainchill followed up every possible angle and detail and secured the best possible out outcome for me, better than I had even realistically hoped for when I first met with him. However, regardless of the outcome I would still have given 5 stars simple because of the stress that was reduced by hiring him, and his patients to answer all my question fully.
