From my experience I felt like I was talking to my Human Resources department the way he was defending my harasser. He basically analyzed the scenario and fed me some bs like most people do when they don’t want to really work. He cajole talk about his dog.I listen to the bs because I know what need to be done. I knew he was full of it when he said “I don’t deal with harassment and discrimination cases but I have an office in new haven would that work better for you “ I work in Hartford at CVS/Aetna why would your new haven office be more convenient when you are in Hartford right. My harassment claim was against my manger who is a guy who kept persistently touching me. I feel due to him being part of the lBGT community why he didn’t want to honestly analyze my case with a open mind. Do not waste your time here if you a guy who have been harassed by your employer seriously do not waste your time.
