We hired Tony when our son was pulled over for speeding, 24 mph over the speed limit in Chaffee County. It was a 6 point speeding ticket against a 19 year olds license, so we wanted to fight it. Tony had it resolved almost two weeks before our son's Court date, without our having to make a three hour drive to Salida for the Court appearance and Tony got the ticket reduced to zero points! Tony was very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. We would strongly recommend him!

If there was a ZERO STAR option I would picked that! Because that's what he did...ZERO! STAY AWAY! This guy care's about one thing...MONEY! I hired him, when I called to check up on things he was very brief & made me feel like I was bothering him. So I emailed him some idea's & question..NO REPLY! He did NOTHING, but show up to my court date...LATE! Then when we sat down to talk right before court, instead of making me feel better or preparing for court, the first words out of this MONEY MONSTER were... "DON'T YOU OWE ME MONEY" Anthony Viorst Indeed I did, we made an agreement of a payment every 2 weeks, it had been a week. But even if my bill was due (which it was NOT), there is a time & place for everything! This guy is a COLD HEART-ED SNAKE, NO MANNERS & HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL! I literally fired him in the court room! I should have walked out on our first meeting when he was 30min late! There are REAL lawyers who actually care about people, this creep is not one them! SAVE YOUR MONEY! Don't say I didn't warn you!

Tony, I had emailed Michelle as I was puzzled why I/we got this survey since usually these are completed at the end of the working relationship, but I never heard back for her. Instead, I got this second reminder to fill out. Since we are still midstream in our situation, it's difficult to evaluate the results at this point. I do know you are working at your best to resolve this situation with the courts just to get our case heard. The only comment that I would have at this stage of the relationship is possibly better communication as to the status and time-lines of these different correspondences with the court. By that I mean how long to they have to respond, etc., so we would have a better idea as to when to expect some form of answer. As it is now, we are completely in the dark until we get an email from your office. There have been occasions that I have sent in emails with specific questions which I never got a response to. An answer would have been appreciated. As I said before, I know that you are putting forth your best efforts to get satisfaction in this case and we greatly appreciate that. Your last response to Plaintiff's motion, was brilliant from my perspective. I found it refreshing that you not only called the Defendant's attorneys on the carpet, but also the courts themselves. Good job!
