I’m sure the lawyers themselves are nice but the Jessica woman who answered the phone was rude. I just wanted to ask a question about workers compensation, nothing else. Didn’t want to be represented by a lawyer, just a question because the lawyer I was getting represented by said if I had any questions about workers comp, referred me to Mack. Mack would know more about the workers comp side of things. Well Jessica didn’t seem like she wanted to hear my question. Also, she said they couldn’t represent me. Uh, don’t need them to, just needed a questioned answered. I don’t know if she had a bad day or whatever but she probably should have taken the day off.

Stephanie Tucker is a wonderful attorney! I have had her as an attorney twice, as I suffered two different accidents at two different employers. Stephanie was very understanding on both cases and she assisted me in a timely manner throughout the process. If I did not have Stephanie, I would never have gotten any money for my injuries from my employers. I would highly recommend Stephanie and any of the attorneys at this firm! If you ever have a question, you can call them and they will answer it for you. They always return client phone calls right away. They treat you like they really care about you. When you first meet them, there is never any pressure. I found on both occasions that they do not put any pressure on you for you to agree to have them take your case - they are very honest and trustworthy. I tried to talk to several attorneys about our case and they all pushed us aside. Then I called Babcock, they helped me more than they know and will forever be in my prayers. I was treated very poorly by this firm. I am deeply disappointed and insulted. They had me come in for a free consultation. I waited a half hour before the secretary came out and said they had a meeting run late and they would need to reschedule. So I rescheduled. Then when I called to talk to them, they basically told me off and told me to seek other legal counsel. This is after I spoke with one of there secretaries a few times and was led to believe I had a case and they would represent me. I strongly recommend everyone to go somewhere else where you will be treated with respect. This firm obviously doesnt respect my time and probably wont respect yours. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Work mans comp claims are long and drawn out affairs that can take months to resolve, that being said, I was kept up to date every step of the way with emails and courtesy phone calls. I am still in pure shock by the way I was treated by the clerical staff at this law firm. It was more important to the very mean lady, Jessica I think, to yell over me that, "They are NOT a LARGE law firm", which I then explained, I was referring to the firm that recommended their firm. She was so upset that my stature of limitations is coming up in 5 months, I don't think she heard nor would care that I have already been horribly mistreated by McDevitt law firm and really just want to get this "open shut case" done and this firm could have made a lot of money, wow

David was an amazing attorney. I never thought I would ever need a lawyer for anything. I was scared and uncomfortable at the thought of actually needing one. All of my fears and worries disappeared the moment I spoke with David. He explained why things were going the way they were, and, equipped me with much needed knowledge of this system. When my original company doctor laughed at my injury then slipped and said private information about my employer, I knew I needed a new doctor. My employer refused to let me see a new doctor, and, the adjuster wouldn’t answer my calls. After a month of con-doctors and not getting paid, I had to hire a lawyer and was grateful that David took my case. I was able to see a different doctor, and, get the money they owed me. I had a lot of issues with my case, and, every time something came up I was informed and comforted. There is open communication throughout the process. David, Katie, and Jan were patient and understanding. It’s a team and it’s what you need if you get hurt.
