koncilja has been a bad lawyer representative for all people he has done me wrong on my workers comp case he got me zero i got injures had two major surgeries i have a plastic joint in my hand that i can not move i can not do the things that i was abel to do i would like to know how many people he has ruined and he has put more money in his pocket and not his clients also people should vote for a new workers comp judge by the time your case is on his hands he knows that you have lost already there all in the same game. so i would like to know please speak your voice and let us know about this and how many victims that have been lied by him and that judge and dont give him your medical records he lost mine and my decease son and i have never got it back thank you.- rosemary

Bought & paid for... by the opposite party, not his own clients. I don't quite understand how Mr. Koncilja tells his client there is a 99 percent chance you WONT see jail time and the client goes to jail. His paralegals/secretary's are extremely impolite and Mr. Koncilja doesn't respond to phone calls. Gave me his word on sending paperwork into the judge and two weeks after he was to do this it STILL hadn't been sent in. VERY dissatisfied. If you need a lawyer I highly recommend getting one in a different town to ensure there isn't a CONFLICT OF INTEREST and/or the lawyer isn't being bought off by the opposite party, etc.
