Mr Kolko and his staff were extremely professional and were the DIFFERENCE in getting my application successful for a PERM, an I-140 and subsequent H1b. I am a physician and was close to finishing my 6 years of H1b ( as often happens with long clinical training). Great experience, highly recommended! I’ve been in a Greater Denver area for several years now, and I got to say, this is the best Immigration firm I’ve worked with so far! I was the very first H1B for my company, and although my Company done everything right, it is quite possible that for somebody who is filing H1B very first time you can miss on providing info that may result in an RFE and what we got was “The mother of RFE”. I’ve been through the H1B Application process couple of times (Very 1st Application, and then Transfer) and never seen any RFE this intense. We knew right after we saw the RFE that, this is the time to get an Expert involved and let them handle the case from here on. Mr. Kolko & his Associates were given a time which was less than 6 weeks and they turn the case around in such a short time. My company had done an excellent job of organizing and getting ready all the documents, but at any point if any of the documents provided were not up to their expectation, Kolko & Associates did not hesitate to push back. I gave andrea and her legal assistant Karen a pretty hard deadline with which to submit my wife's immigration paper work. Dropped of all of our documents about a month and a half before I left for a hiking trip all summer. Confirmed with them several times that they had all of the necessary paperwork up to a week before I left. Two days after I left on my backpacking trip, me and my wife were contacted saying they were missing some taxes. With 2 days before the filing deadline theh left me in a pretty impossible spot. I don't feel they prioritized me and my wife's paperwork and tried to do it at the last minute causing my wife's immigration to most likely not go thru till October when I file 2018 taxes, instead of in April this year. Becuase of their incompetence my wife will not be able to work legally all summer, and we will probably not be going to see her family for new years. Not really the end of the world, but not nearly the level of attentiveness I expected for paying 5,000 dollars to file some paperwork on our behalf.

The people was nice, but if I got paid $200 for one-half hour talk, I would be the nicest, for sure. According to the consultation , they are not professional. They didn't give me new information. We scheduled a consultation at 11, the attorney showed up at 11:15, and during the meeting, the attorney left another 10 minutes for the info they didn't quite sure or they couldn't tell me. So the so-called one hours consultation was shrunk by their nonprofessional to 30 mins. I was there to ask if I would be suitable to apply to EB1 or NIW after my self-evaluation, the attorney told me that my background is even too weak for NIW which shocked me, however, after one week, the attorney emailed me back saying mine case will be a very good one for one of the two. I made my concern very clear when I scheduled an appointment for consultation, I don't why they arranged me such an unprofessional or not familiar with EB1 or NIW to me. So I guess the attorney would spend a lot of time online googling info not from her expertise or experience or profession. Otherwise they would tell me during the consultation. So, personally, if you have enough money and time for donation, please don't be hesitate to go there.

Mr. Kolko & Margaret Mountain represented our case (EB2-NIW) and this was the best decision we made regarding our green card process. We received our permanent residency cards 18 months after starting our case. We are convinced we could not have been better represented. We approached Mr. David Kolko based on a colleague's recommendation. At our first meeting, we were apprehensive of what to expect. However, all our doubts were put to rest with the professionalism, thorough knowledge and up-front approach presented by Mr. Kolko and his team, which immediately established trust between us. A great and yet accessible law firm handling your application and requests diligently and promptly can make all the difference. I was in need of a quick H1-B transfer and tried to reach out to multiple immigration attorneys on Day 1. While for most the replies were received (call/e-mail) by day 3, I was able to gain access to David on Day 1 evening and had a call with him. By Day 2 morning I was having a teleconference in his office with the future employer who was immigration naive. David patiently took the employer through all the details of having an H1-B employee and the H1-B process, they were happy that the case was in good hands and on track for a fast timeline. The case was submitted on Day 15 (premium processing). Not to mention the application was for an esoteric job role which was difficult to fit in the pre-defined DOL Labor categories. However a defensible category was chosen and the application material/ job description was professionally crafted to fit the chosen DOL category. Thanks to USCIS, we had the opportunity of defending the role because they responded on Day 29 with an RFE stating the job description does not match the DOL job category (they also did not give us any idea what category according to them is appropriate or an opportunity to obtain a new LCA). This was a curve ball that got all of us confused (a non standard RFE) and David shared the frustration. We worked together as a team to draft a response bringing in the employer as well and getting expert letters from different sources to convince that the job role and chosen category are in fact appropriate ! In the end it was the targeted response prepared by David and his team addressing the issue squarely and providing abundance of evidence against the specific questions raised by USCIS that really made the difference. The response to the RFE was sent on day 43 and an approval notice was received on day 56. Given that one out of three cases is getting an RFE these days, I highly recommend David's team to guide and navigate you for your immigration needs.

Don't be fooled by their good review on google. I am very disappointed by their quality of service. I had a initial consultation with one of their lawyers about one week ago. The lawyer's incompetence shocked me! I went there with my wife and my son. I felt offended when he questioned the credibility of our marriage.
