First, for those of you who wrote reviews that the firm did not respond to your calls, you are the lucky ones. I hired David Lane to defend me after I was the victim of unprovoked and extreme police violence. Mr. Lane told me to plead guilty to something I did not do, he failed to interview witnesses, he did nothing to gather evidence in my defense. He took my money and violated my constitutional right to not be betrayed by my own attorney. Later I learned he was simultaneously defending (in another matter) the same police department that assaulted me and my children. He chose his side and did not disclose his conflict of interest. Evil!!!

There are not enough good words to say about Killmer and Lane, and more specifically Darold Killmer. Such an unbelievably honest and caring lawyer - I didn't even know they made them this way. If they accept your case - they will work hard for you, always be there for you, and ensure you succeed - not only in your case, but personally too. Best place in CO for legal support.

horrible.. I have a very important case im trying to get a lawyer for and I was recommended this law firm so I called them, they told me to bring in my paper work and pics and they will look over it and get back to me.... 3 months later I still have heard nothing.. i tried calling to see what was going on and the one time they answered the phone they said they still havent looked at it... if your in a rush or your case is important you may want to seek else where... I cant say anything about their skills in their practice. im sure they are good lawyers, i just didnt get the proper chance to find out
