I spoke to John over the phone and explained what had happened to my son and he was all for it and willing to help, explained how the fees would work once things were done. So, I got the medical records for him, contacted him like he said to do once I got them, and he didn't remember anything. I had to explain the situation all over again and he said "it sounds like too much of a complex case. I have too much going on right now. I just can't take it on at this point."

Left a call with the assistant never had a call back. Called back today and was basically hung up on. John spoke very fast and said “hey I gotta run”. I found it rude and would rather work with someone else anyway. He did say it sounds more like an ethical thing in regards to my situation. But I did contact another attorney and will wait to hear back. I just didn’t appreciate being rushed off of the phone.
