I was in a car accident in December 2015. The other driver hit me and caused me to break my wrist. After a long struggle with trying to get the other insurance company to accept liability and get me back to where I was before the accident my boss recommended me to see Dan Caplis. Dan was a calming force in my storm. With everything he and his team did I would not have wanted anyone else to represent me. Shay was also a calming force as was Babar, and Ethan. I can’t say enough to how lucky I felt to have this team on my side. Throughout the trial they remained professional and courteous which helped me to remain calm. I am posting my first review ever - near the anniversary of the heartbreaking incident that brought us to a malpractice case. His compassion was real, his advice was sound (sadly - no – the legal system does not deliver justice), and his legal preparations were rigorous and well prepared. There is a network of victims and we have come to know other families that have walked a path similar to ours. None of the group feel that they were represented at the caliber that we were. In 2006 I was involved in a very serious car accident. My first call was to Dan Caplis, who is a long time friend. I'm so glad that Dan handled everything for me from the accident forward. It is amazing how the insurance companies will try to twist the facts, and aggressively attack you. Lot of rhetoric Mr Caplis called back after receiving my lot of rhetoric post. We have played phone tag, so I thought I would leave a message. The mailbox is full and can't accept messages. But here's what happened. I had to call his office back to find out my case wasn't worthy, but I never was told why. New comments After further talking with Mr. Caplis, personally, I have come to a conclusion that he is the gentleman I originally thought he was. Very helpful and informative. And I'm not sure whether I have a case or not, but that doesn't matter

On April 13th, 2018 I was struck hit by a car as a pedestrian while crossing Co Blvd, which resulted a fractured sacrum, pelvis and extensive shoulder injuries. After my hospital stay, my wife and I decided that we needed fair and honest representation, from hearing insurance horror stories from friends and family. Based on hearing commercial's on my favorite radio station, we decided to give Dan a call. He was very informative, transparent, and got to work straight away on our case. My auto insurance was very slow to pay out the medical coverage I pay for, short term disability wanted to be repaid for covering my wages, and my health insurance expected payment for the various hospital stays, even though I was the victim and not at fault for the accident. Eric was the main attorney working my case, and he was able to protect the full settlement from these insurance companies.
