When you've been riding bikes as long as I have, you are bounds to have an accident or two. Sometimes it’s a careless driver and often damage to the road can create havoc for a cyclist. I think the most important thing for me when I reached out to Mike Bomberger, was I knew he understood me and the situations I was explaining. Having an attorney that's an accomplished cyclist and has put in many miles on the same roads I have was very comforting for me. Mike and his team have helped my family on two separate bikes injury cases and each time the process was smooth and nearly carefree on my part. I was regularly updated on status changes and when decisions needed to be made, Mike took the time to meet with us and help us choose the best route for our situation. One of the cases involving road damage could have been closed rather quickly. Mike went ahead and made sure that the road was repaired as part of closing the lawsuit. The road repair didn’t effect our personal outcome, but it has made it safer for every cyclist to ride bikes in San Diego. Would not recommend this firm! The claims intake person rushed and didn't effectively gather and or confirm the information that resulted in lost time and having to relive the nightmare that therapy put at rest ( for the most part). Although very apologetic and understanding and knowing they too were in uncharted territory of the law with UBER Inc. and future cases therein. I believe two associates of the firm failed to re verify the explicit details regarding the potential case. Just unprofessional given this firms reputation and unfortunate that a potential claimant fell through the cracks. Lastly the legal advertising for potential claimants should advise potential clients on so called "Grading" Prior to picking up the phone and dialing. As a victim , past High school Mock Trail Law Magnet Student and soon to be Associates Degree with legal background its hard not to take this both personal and professional!
