I'm going to go ahead and take this opportunity to leave this review for anyone who seeks assistance in setting up LLCs or have any general questions...This place is great!!!! especially over the phone...I've spent HOURS calling all sorts of attorneys in the area....some who didn't specialize in LLCs, some who didn't answer my calls or emails, some simply told me they were uninterested because it wasn't the most profitable situation to undertake, or they were already swamped with other work, and many many others were down-right rude over the phone... either the concierge, the attorney i spoke with, or both.....which they'll be getting a reviews of their own. This place was none of that ridiculousness. The secretary was pleasant. I was immediately directed to an actual person who picked up the phone, and he answered every question i had, even though our conversation took up an hour of his time. This guy gave me straight answers without being sarcastic or making me feel like me asking questions was bothersome. He didn't try to make me feel unintelligent for asking questions...which is the impression i received with most of my other brief belittling conversations i had with the others. He didn't even charge for the time i took for his input, even when i offered. These are good people. So instead of opening an LLC online, i'm going to these people and getting it done right, and with all my questions and concerns being answer...which was everything i could ever ask for. I read reviews for most things i do. if i go out, i read all the reviews... they defiantly aid in determining my decision...which means i know others will read this. If you are, know that this is my experience here, and i'm positive you won't be disappointed...i wasn't.

I would give no stars but you can't. Biggest waste of my time ever. Stan Miller was supposed to give a seminar on estate planning but never showed up, did not call anyone to cancel, and his office had no idea where he was, only saying he is at lunch (2pm) and they have no way to contact him. Horrible company

Outstanding service from start to finish! Stan Miller and his support staff made my wife and I feel very important and respected. The staff was very understanding and kind when guiding us (questions and answer session )through the process!
