There are times in our lives that we need help, and when it comes to anything legal in my life where I need a giant in my corner I choose the Brad Hendricks Law Firm. I had the joy of working with Caroline Lewis Esq. and her paralegal Robin, and it was the best team I coulda ask for. If you need a lawyer, you are probably under stress and on an emotional rollercoaster, well the receptionist will be the first person you see and this soon to be grandmother always helped put a smile on my face. On the day I had gathered up all my stuff to go shopping for an attorney I had setup three appointments, and my first stop was The Brad Hendricks Law Firm. I honestly didn’t know what all my case would entail or how much in lawyer fees it should cost, but when I got in the office with Caroline Lewis and we discussed my case and she made me laugh, which was so needed because I was a ball of nerves, and she took the time to explain in detail everything I’d needed to know about my circumstance, it started to feel like a truly caring friendly/family type relationship that was building fast. My nerves melted away and we shared some laughs as I learned all that my case would entail. Remember this was my first stop and google couldn’t even tell me what the average cost of my attorney needs were, so I didn’t know what the average cost was to handle my case. Caroline Lewis laid out the firms cost and how certain parts paid to courts could be delayed etc. and that $$$ would be the cost to represent me. I scratched my head and ask if that was the average price or if most are cheaper. She looked at me and said you get what you pay for in this world, do you want the best or do you want to gamble with the rest. I might have used the only French word I know, touché I said, as I signed the paperwork hiring Caroline Lewis, Robin, and the best (soon to be grandmother) receptionist that The Brad Hendricks Law Firm has to offer. I cannot say enough positive things about my experiences with my attorney, Christopher Heil. As most of us know, the issues that bring us to hire legal help are not usually the most positive ones; and therefore most aspects are tainted from the onset. But experiencing a lawyer who was clear, direct and honest from the first encounter certainly help make my car wreck just a little less...miserable. And, I absolutely appreciate the timely replies to my inquiries. It's is nice to deal with an individual rather than a huge impersonal firm...as some law firms can be. If I could rate no stars I most definitely would. My sister was not hung up on only once, but on three different occasions, from the receptionist to the attorney himself. She was calling regarding a medical incident that happened to her, thinking they could help because it stated on their website they work with medical malpractice. She was very wrong, they couldn’t even professionally lead her into the right direction or tell her they couldn’t help her. So, when I called myself asking if they actually were a legitimate law firm, because their mannerism was questionable, I was also hung up on by the reciptionist who probably should find a new career, along with attorney. I know my one star won’t deter a lot of you from using them, but I’m sure you’ll see what I’m talking about once you give them a phone call. Thankfully, Rainwater helped my sister out, and is going everything they can for her ! I would definitely use them over this law firm any day! Rainwater is beyond way more professional and if they can’t help will always lead you in the right direction.

If I could give a negatvie 10 I would!! This law Firm is VERY unprofessional. I was hung up on 3 different times for absolutely no reason. The receptionist was a very cold hearted woman and while I was in the middle of asking her something she just put me on hold without saying anything . Then I get on the phone with one if the lawyers and he hung up on me as well mid sentence. It clearly states they help with mesical malpractice on their website but obviously they do not. You should fix your website and not false advertise. Do yourselves a favor and don't even bother calling these unprofessional "lawyers" . Call Rainwater Holt and Sexton, they helped me with no problem, very professional and very kind. Oh, and don't worry 7 on your side will be hearing about this!! Good luck with your awful attitudes. This Law Firm deserves a 1 star review because that's how they act. What goes around comes around. Bunch of miserable people. "Stayed facts not lies to make your firm seen caring and professional. I never said I knew you cared or wished your firm could help. I actually thought about not filing a suit because of past expiernces with lawyers. Someone else had used Brad Hendricks Law Firm and thought I would be pleased with them. I worked with Chris Heil and Brandye Pierce. They have definitely changed my viewpoint. Mr. Heil did not treat me like money was the only reason he was in the business. He truly cares about his clients. Brandye Pierce was most helpful when I had questions and when they wanted to update me on the progress. She made me feel like a friend, not just a client. I chose them out of a pile of solicitations I received, because I did extensive research and found only highly positive results with regards to their reputation. All my interactions with Matt, and Kristi Goodman, a paralegal with the firm, were impressive...they were always right on top of everything and quick to respond. Wouldn't you know it, the week after everything settled, I signed off and my file was closed, an insurance issue cropped up and they told me they would handle it, even though they really weren't obligated to do so.
