Me and my Passenger were hit by a kid texting and driving. I chose NST and she decided to not be represented. I helped with most of her paperwork and talking and she received her settlement 2 months ago, NST has taken their time and has admitted to me that one of their employees wasn't doing their job and that's why it was partially taking so long. She received a little under 3k and I am receiving a little over 2k due to lawyer fees in another month. I would not recommend NST because you will feel like you won't even be able to contact half of the people who know anything about your case. Edit: NST contacted me about this review and asked if there was anything they could help me understand and proceeded to explain anything about my case. While I'm not 100% satisfied, I am happy with the attempt to touch bases.
