My case was not your typical DUI/DWI situation. I literally live 1,000 miles away (was passing through on a long haul for work). It was obvious that the authorities stick together in the small town that the incident occurred in - kind of a "good ol' boys" situation. Just give him any information you can right off the bat, and he will handle everything from A to Z. Yes, getting the best does cost some serious money, but he is absolutely worth it - and more. Ask yourself: how much? your ability to drive, your job, your freedom, or anything you could lose by being locked away and unable to make payments on... How much is that worth?... I can tell you one thing - John is a heck of a lot cheaper than your entire life. John Collins faced a rigged system, stood toe-to-toe with biased authorities, and saved my life. I could not recommend him highly enough. 6 stars out of 5.

Collins, Collins and Ray are hands down the best Lawyers for handling any DUI charges. If you believe you've been charged incorrectly for a DUI contact them right away. I'm a type 1 diabetic and was falsely arrested for a DUI charge. Collins, Collins and Ray were able to take the test I had received and prove before we went to court that the I was having a diabetic issue and was not intoxicated. They got the charges dropped and took a very scary time in my life and put it back on track. If you have been charged with a DUI contact them right away. They are hands down the best!

This is hands down the best law firm in the state to handle a DWI case. DWI's are notoriously difficult to defend and the repercussions can be devastating. I met with several other law firms and consistently, their legal strategy was to mitigate the damage of an imminent DWI conviction. I wanted nothing short of a not guilty verdict. CC&R is a pricey firm and I hesitated retaining them because of the seemingly high fees however, it was worth every penny to hear the NOT GUILTY verdict! John represented me in court and was brilliant. He knows the law inside and out and cuts directly to the key points of the case. Within a few short minutes of questioning and testimony, the arresting officer repeatedly admitted that I was sober!
