I used Joel Hoffman of Warner Angle for a divorce I was going through. Throughout the process his approach was more of a wait and see. I wanted to push for a default hearing and get it over with, he said we were hung up on a gentleman's agreement with my x spouses attorney. I feel like the intention was not in the best interest of me the client. I also feel that the practice of prolonging the divorce longer than it needed to be caused my case to cost much much more than it should have. In addition to this the billing ended up being over what we had agreed on by a long shot. I had retainers in place as well as additional payments. When all was said and done they wanted thousands and thousands more. Not a good place I recommend you stay away and look elsewhere for an attorney.
