"Randy" Hinsch was one of the attorneys who handled my brother's/mom's class action lawsuit about a year+ ago. It was a long time coming before it settled. Towards the end he became very disrespectful towards my mother and handled himself very unprofessionally. My mom suffers from anxiety and was restricted from doing certain things. To Randy's dismay she delayed the case. I'm not sure if my mom's anxiety was too inconvenient for him or all-in-all he disregards people of color, but I would hear him talk to her very disrespectfully. Sometimes he even cursed at her. I currently work at a law firm and never have I heard the attorneys I work for talk to a client that way, regardless of the situation. If you want better customer service and somebody who TRULY has their client's best interest in mind I'd look elsewhere while you can. "Randy" Hinsch fue uno de los abogados que manejó la demanda colectiva de mi hermano/mamá hace aproximadamente un año. Fue mucho tiempo antes de que se estableciera. Hacia el final se volvió muy irrespetuoso con mi madre y se manejó muy poco profesionalmente. Mi mamá sufre de ansiedad y se le restringió hacer ciertas cosas. Para consternación de Randy retrasó el caso. No estoy seguro de si la ansiedad de mi madre era demasiado inconveniente para él o todo en todo lo que hace caso omiso de la gente de color, pero yo escucharía él hablar con ella muy irrespetuosamente. A veces incluso la maldijo. Actualmente trabajo en un bufete de abogados y nunca he oído a los abogados para los que trabajo hablar con un cliente de esa manera, independientemente de la situación. Si desea un mejor servicio de atención al cliente y alguien que REALMENTE tiene el mejor interés de su cliente en mente I'd vistazo en ningún otro lugar mientras pueda.
